Refund Policy
- Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- In case of product defects or damages, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos/videos.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for refund.
